摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core that can be easily scrapped after use and enables the enhancement of recovery percentage as recycled material, and to provide a manufacturing method for the stator core. SOLUTION: The stator core 10 is formed by caulking and laminating stator core pieces 27 having magnetic pole pieces 14 partly fit in the inside notches 13 in annular yoke pieces 11 and is easily recyclable. Gaps 36 for push-fit engagement are formed between the groove bottoms 35 of the inside notch grooves 30 formed in the yoke core 12 formed by laminating the yoke pieces 11 having the inside notches 13 and the ends of stem portions 23 that are provided on the magnetic pole core 15 formed by laminating the magnetic pole pieces 14 and are fit into the inside notch grooves 30. Both the inside walls 31 and 32 of the inside notch grooves 30 and both the outer walls 33 and 34 of the stem portions 23 are formed in parallel or in tapered shape. When the stator core is used, wires are wound on the winding portions 23a of the magnetic pole core 15, and then the stem portions 23 are pushed into the inside notch grooves 30 until the gaps 36 for push-fit engagement are substantially zeroed.
