PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small biological sensor by which biological information can be analyzed constantly. SOLUTION: A lower cladding layer 102 consisting of silicon oxide is provided on a substrate 101 consisting of silicon, and a core 103 and a core layer 104 consisting of silicon is provided on the lower cladding layer 102. A detection area 121 is constituted in a partial area of the core 103, and an adsorption film 131 for adsorbing secretion products such as sweat, sebaceous gland secretion is provided contacting on the detection area 121. For example, the adsorption film 131 can be a function film which selectively adsorbs: and nitrogen compound such as ammonia, amino acids, uric acid, urea, creatine, creatinine; and cholesterol, fatty acid, glucose, lactic acid being the sebaceous gland secretion.
