PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the opening and closing condition of an orifice automatically on the basis of the frequency of the input vibration and reduce the production cost effectively. SOLUTION: A mass plunger 74, a valve body 90 and a coil spring 110 of a non return valve 114 are composed as a vibration resonance mechanism that generates the resonance phenomenon by an idle vibration in a vibration damper 10. The vibration resonance mechanism synchronizes to the input of the idle vibration in the case that the vibration input from the outside is an idle vibration and the mass plunger 74 is moved intermittently from the closed position to opened position against the biased power of the coil spring 110 while making the liquid efflux intermittently from a closed liquid room 102 to a opened liquid room 100 intermittently through the communication path consisting of a penetration hole 104, a valve body storage part 96 and a communication opening 106. The idle vibration is reduced by the liquid column resonance and the viscous resistance etc. of the liquid, because the liquid can circulate between the main liquid room 32 and the sub-liquid room 34 through an idle orifice 66 when the mass plunger 74 moves to the opening position.
