PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric barrier discharge lamp provided with a discharging container 11, provided with a discharge electrode 15, the discharging electrode 15 is separated from discharge medium existing in the discharge container 11 at least partially by the dielectric layer, the contact surface 17 is attached on the outside regarding the discharge container 11 and improvement is made concerning the contact of the discharge electrode by improving a format with a wire path 17 attached to the contact surface 17 for contact.
