PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a hands-free device for portable telephone is desired which can be easily removed by a portable telephone itself, and in which components do not disturb carriage of the portable telephone and battery exchange is not required. SOLUTION: A hands-free device for portable telephone of the present invention is comprised of a primary side device that is connected to an earphone/microphone terminal of the portable telephone and can be carried together with the portable telephone, and a secondary side device that is configured integrally with a portable phone holder fixed inside an automobile. The primary side device includes a primary side magnetic field coil unit for converting out an electric signal of a received voice supplied from the portable telephone into a magnetic flux signal, and the secondary side device includes a secondary side pickup coil unit for receiving the magnetic flux signal of the received voice outputted from the primary side device and converting out the magnetic flux signal into an electric signal, an amplifier for amplifying the electric signal of the received voice, and a speaker for converting the electric signal of the received voice amplified by the amplifier into a voice.
