PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio network system for appropriately controlling TCP communication in response to the disconnection of a link or the connection of a new link regardless of the kind of a routing protocol. SOLUTION: When data are received from a TCP module 21 in transmission source radio equipment 1, an IP module 19 determines whether a route for transmitting the received data is normal or not with referring to a routing table 20. When the route for transmitting the data is abnormal, the IP module 19 generates a freeze signal ELEN and outputs it to the TCP module 21. Thus, the TCP module 21 freezes. After freezing, the TCP module 21 transmits a probe packet to transmission destination radio equipment. When a confirmation response with respect to the probe packet is received from the transmission destination radio equipment, the freezing is released. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
