PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness of command transmission/reception between CPUs capable of communication via a virtual network, in a single body of electronic equipment and an apparatus. SOLUTION: A virtual network driver is provided with a plurality of transmission buffers each associated with port numbers, a TCP/IP interface module for receiving transmission packets from an IP stack and distributing each of the packets into a plurality of transmission buffers to write the packets on the basis of port numbers added to the transmission packets, and a DMA transfer module for preferentially reading packets corresponding to port numbers having high priority and transmitting them to the virtual network while referring to a table in which the correspondent relation is registered between the priory and the port numbers.
