PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming device capable of performing effective and stable formation treatment by showing a concrete construction for automatically carrying out a transfer process and a pressing process in an identical body of equipment. SOLUTION: The forming device comprises a film draw-out system 22 drawing out a transfer film from the end of a roll of the transfer film composed of a base film having a prescribed layer on it; film conveying mechanisms 1, 4, 7 and 23 conveying the drawn-out transfer film toward a downstream side; transfer mechanisms 6, 17 and 18 pressing and heating the transfer film and transferring the prescribed layer; a film winding mechanism 8 winding the transfer film while removing the base film from the transfer film; moving mechanisms 10, 11, 13 and 14 arranged on the body of equipment together with the transfer mechanism, moving a mounting stand; pressing mechanisms 9, 24 formed on the body of equipment, pressing a plate on the mounting stand; and a control part 52 controlling respective movements in order to transfer the prescribed layer on the plate and pressing the plate in accordance with an operation indication received from the outside.
