PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser annealing processor capable of easily calculating the optimum annealing power of each medium even though variations in a medium characteristic caused by variations in medium manufacturing occur, and to provide a domain wall displacement type optical magnetic recording medium. SOLUTION: In a test area for calculating optimum annealing power provided in the domain wall displacement type optical magnetic recording medium, annealing power suitable for each medium is calculated by comparing reproduced signal grades of two types or more obtained by recording and reproducing a test area annealed on two types of conditions or more with a reproduced signal grade in the case of being annealed by optimum annealing power in a standard medium.
