摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit detection of a wobble signal even when a C-MOS device is micro-fabricated, and to realize a single chip with a digital LSI. SOLUTION: There are provided: binarization parts 23a and 23b for binarizing signals A+B and C+D from light receiving elements PD1 or PD2; a high-speed clock generation circuit 26 for generating the clock having a higher frequency than the wobble frequency of the wobbling; high-speed sampling circuits 27a and 27b for performing the high-speed sampling of the output signals from the binarization parts 23a and 23b at the sampling timing by the high-speed clock; and digital filter circuits 29a and 29b for filtering the signal sampled at the high speed to generate the wobble signal. Thus, the circuit for performing the analog signal processing is only required up to the binarization part 23, thereby eliminating the necessity for a circuit part for adjusting the amplification rate and the offset.
