PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a structure capable of easily replacing a mobile display device and each display means of the mobile display device which are applicable to various usages. SOLUTION: This stacked display and writing device includes an organic EL display, a liquid crystal display, an electrophoresis display, as a display media 65, and paper, in a stacked state. The device is composed of the display media 65 in which a plurality of holes 66 are provided and which are fastened by pins 64 of a binder 62, an outside jacket 60 and a jacket fastener 61, in a shape of a book. The outside jacket 60 includes a battery such as a polymer electrolyte battery inside and functions as a power supply means for the electronic display media 65, while protecting contents of the display media 65 or the like.
