PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide elastic socks groups facilitating the selection of adequate size of socks of many users, enabling users to effectively perform prophylaxis or treatment of disease such as lower limb anomalous venous drainage through giving adequate pressure to a predetermined position of wearing socks, and economical in both production and inventory control. SOLUTION: A pair of elastic socks comprises the groups of a plurality of sizes covering at least the ankle and the calf and having pressure distribution in which pressure becomes weaker from the ankle to the calf in order. The size groups have 5 sizes (SS, S, M, L and LL) fixed based on at least an ankle perimeter (A) (cm) and a calf perimeter C (cm). When the ankle perimeter (A) (cm) and the calf perimeter C (cm) of the sizes of SS, S, M, L and LL are brought to A<SB>SS</SB>, A<SB>S</SB>, A<SB>M</SB>, A<SB>L</SB>and A<SB>LL</SB>and C<SB>SS</SB>, C<SB>S</SB>, C<SB>M</SB>, C<SB>L</SB>and C<SB>LL</SB>respectively, the ankle perimeter (A) (cm) and the calf perimeter C (cm) each of the sizes are fixed in a predetermined size range.
