PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image detector for enabling an operator to instantaneously and surely confirm whether or not an object image is detected at an appropriate position, and a radiographic system. SOLUTION: In the radiation image detector 6 for detecting radiation emitted toward an object, a control part 21 for judging whether or not the object image is detected at the appropriate position is provided, a communication part 26 for performing communication with external equipment is provided as well, and the control part 21 controls the communication part 26 so as to transmit the result of judging whether or not the object image is detected at the appropriate position to the external equipment.
