PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling device for a game machine which can share a control board with a plurality of kinds of game machine without generating a gap between hardware specifications of the board. SOLUTION: This controlling device 200 for a game machine is constituted of a main control board 202 and at least one subsidiary control board 104, and is used for controlling a plurality of kinds of game machine. In the controlling device 200 for game machine, the subsidiary control board 104 is constituted of a first interface means 118 which receives a control command signal of the game machine from the main control board 202, a control circuit 104a which drive-controls a plurality of modules constituting the game machine from the control command signal, and a second interface means 120 which outputs a driving signal to a plurality of the modules 21L, 21R, 22L and 22R. A relay board 230 is connected with the second interface means 120, and the relay board 230 is equipped with a third interface means 235 for increasing the number of modules which are connected with the second interface means 120.
