PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care handle provided with a joint part with sufficient strengths, which is the care handle for improving the operability of a foldable wheelchair by a caretaker without preventing the foldable wheelchair from being folded. SOLUTION: The care handle is provided with a first care handle part 21, a second care handle part 22, the joint part 26 connecting the first care handle part and the second care handle part, and a lock mechanism. The lock mechanism comprises a fitting member 30 which can be put in and out in the axial direction of the first care handle part from the joint part side end of the first care handle part and a fitting member receiving hole 31 provided on the joint part side end of the second care handle part.
