Food additive (I), with content of vegetable fibers from cereal malt or mixture of malting and unmalting, by the effect of dissolving the malted enzymes and sugared cereals, comprises simple sugars from malted or unmalted cereals (preferably fructose, glucose, maltose and maltotriose) (2.5-12 mass %), vegetable fibers (50-75 mass %), proteins (3-6 mass %), beta -glucane (1.5-6 mass %), where the remaining to 100 mass % is made of water.
