<p>A condom testing apparatus comprising a plurality of electrically conductive mandrels (40) having condoms (50) loaded thereon, a first set of condom-contacting electrode members (10), a second set of condom-contacting electrode members (20), and a gapped electrical circuit between each of the mandrels (40) and the first set of condom-contacting electrode members (10) and between each of the mandrels (40) and the second set of condom-contacting electrode members (20) during testing, wherein defects within a condom (50) being tested are detected by passage of current between the mandrels (40) and the first and second sets of condom-contacting electrode members (10,20), wherein the first set of condom-contacting electrode members (10) contacts less than 100 percent of the circumference of each of the condoms (50) and the second set of condom-contacting electrode members (20) contacts less than 100 percent of the circumference of each of the condoms (50), such that two condoms (50) can be tested at once.</p> |
