PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device of a sheet-like member, which always performs smooth cutting without requiring polishing of a blade part, prevents generation of rubber refuse, and can reduce the width dimension of each belt shape member in molding a plurality of belt shape members by cutting the sheet-like member. SOLUTION: An inclined surface 30a of one end surface side is provided over the whole periphery at the outer peripheral surface side of a disc shape member 30, an outer peripheral surface of each pulley 21 is formed so that one side surface in the thickness direction of the sheet-like member SH abuts, and a corner part 21b is provided over the whole periphery on the outer peripheral surface of each pulley 21. Since the corner part 21b abuts on the inclined surface 30a of the one end surface side of the disc shape member 30, the sheet-like member SH is pressed to the corner part 21b by the inclined surface 30a of the one end surface side and the sheet-like member SH is cut by the corner part 21b when the sheet-like member SH is interposed between the disc like member 30 and the pulley 21.
