PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary absorptive article manufacturing system in which parts are three-dimensionally attached in a manner such as folding a sanitary absorptive article. SOLUTION: In the sanitary absorptive article manufacturing system wherein an absorptive body is set between a surface side sheet material and a backside sheet material, face material supplying devices for supplying the surface side sheet material and the backside sheet material so that the absorptive body is put in therebetween, a facing material coating device for coating an adhesive to at least part of abutting parts of the surface side sheet material and/or the backside sheet material for adhering both materials, an absorptive body supplying device for supplying the absorptive body so as to be put in between the surface side sheet material and the backside sheet material, and an assembling device for assembling the surface side sheet material, the backside sheet material, and the absorptive body to form a main part of the sanitary absorptive article are provided. Facing material supplying devices are configured so that the surface side original roll and the backside original roll are positioned in mutually opposite side in the vertical direction with respect to the assembling device for respectively supplying the surface side sheet material and the backside sheet material.
