PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can improve the workability of loading or unloading a case body. SOLUTION: In the pachinko game machine 10, in the process of the operation of turning the case body 120 with respect to the rear of a game plate 11, a retaining box 161 covered with a mechanism plate 75 is retained on or released from a retaining hook 160 of the case body 120 to enable the loading of the case body 120 on or its unloading from the game plate 11, all with the mechanism plate 75 mounted on the rear side of the game plate 11. For example, this can improve the workability of loading or unloading the case body 120 while enlarging the case body 120 to accommodate a growing size of a liquid crystal module 100.
