PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the contention between NMI interruption and user reset interruption in hardware when retaining memory with battery backup. SOLUTION: After the processing of a step S18, a NMI flag is judged whether ON or not (step S19), in the case of YES, it is judged that a power failure signal is input, access to RAM is inhibited (step S23), a solenoid output is made OFF (step S24), and a program is queued at a loop. In the case of NO at the step S19, it is judged that the power failure signal is not input, remaining processings, that is, an initial value random number update processing (step S20) and a pattern use random number update processing (step S21) are executed. Whether the INT flag is ON or not, that is, whether the time is up (2.731ms is elapsed) or not is judged (step S22), and in the case of NO, it is returned to the step S20 to continue the remaining processings, and in the case of YES, the remaining processings are discontinued and the processing is shifted to a step S10.
