PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing system capable of reducing burdens on a user when recording images. SOLUTION: The medical image processing system comprises: an endoscope for imaging an object; a medical image processor capable of outputting a first medical image corresponding to the image of the object to one image area in a display part and outputting a second medical image corresponding to the image of the object to the other image area not overlapped with the one image area in the display part; an image recording part capable of recording the first medical image and the second medical image; and a control part for selecting whether to record the first medical image and the second medical image as the images of one screen or as the images of respectively different screens corresponding to the output size of the image that the image recording part can record.
