DATA TRANSMISSION AND RECEPTION SYSTEM, DATA RECEPTION DEVICE, AND DATA TRANSMISSION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission and reception system which authenticates a user by using biological identification information.

SOLUTION: The data transmission and reception system is provided with a data transmission device and a data reception device. In addition, the data transmission device is provided with a biological identification information acquisition part which acquires the biological identification information of a user and a biological identification information transmission part which transmits the biological identification information thus acquired to the data reception device. The data reception device is provided with; a usage-permitted user information storage part in which the biological identification information of the users who is permitted to use the data reception device is registered and stored; a biological identification information reception part which receives the biological identification information transmitted from the data transmission device; a first determination part which determines whether the biological identification information thus received is registered in the usage-permitted user information storage part; and an execution part which executes a prescribed operation based on the data received from the data transmission device when the biological identification information thus received is determined to be registered in the usage-permitted user information storage part.
