<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a large-sized external magnet must be used because an anisotropic magnetic field Ha is remarkably small and then, an external magnetic field Hex is required to be set to be large to obtain a desired internal magnetic field Hin and the fact is an obstacle in the reduction of the height, the size and the cost of a non-reciprocal circuit represented by a magnetic resonance type isolator. <P>SOLUTION: The ferrite material is expressed by a composition formula, (Y<SB>z-a</SB>Ca<SB>a</SB>)(Fe<SB>8-z-b-c</SB>Co<SB>b</SB>V<SB>c</SB>)O<SB>12</SB>and satisfies relations of 3.005≤z≤3.090, 0<b≤1.40 and 2.00≤(a+b)/c≤2.40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
