<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information for reducing shutdowns of a device and a means for realizing preventive maintenance of the device. <P>SOLUTION: Routines by shutdown occurrence factors are prepared (S1 to S4). When shutdown detection is not performed in each routine, the processing ends. When shutdown detection is performed (S5, NO), shutdown frequency counters are all reset (S7) and frequency counting processing for each factor is started if the current time and last shutdown occurrence time are included in a specified detection period. Shutdown flags for the respective factors are checked first (S8 to S11) and measurement processing is not performed for a factor whose flat is set OFF. When the flags are set ON, shutdown frequency values by the factors are increased by one (S12 to S15). Then shutdown frequency total data are increased by one (S16) and it is decided whether they match reporting thresholds 1 to 4 (S17 to S20), so that a shutdown frequency alarm call is issued when the thresholds are reached (S21). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
