<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging module which can be mounted in a camera or the like, includes electronic circuit components and is unitized. <P>SOLUTION: This imaging module includes: stators 65a and 65b each including a driving electrode 64a on their surface; a light shielding front curtain 60a and rear curtain 60b each including an erectret portion and capable of moving relatively to the stators 65a and 65b while receiving a driving force by charges of the driving electrodes 64a and 64b; a protecting member 70 disposed to hold the front curtain 60a between the member 70 and the stator 65a; and an imaging device 90 disposed on the rear side of a face of the stator 65b confronting the rear curtain 60b. A resistor 73a and a capacitor 74a, a resistor 73b and a capacitor 74b are formed on the surfaces of the stators 65a, 65b opposite from the surface whereon the driving electrodes 64a and 64b are formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
