<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calorie-controlling dietary supplement taken together with food per a unit quantity so as to enable intake of one unit of calorie in total or integral multiple of the calorie to facilitate calorie control at home or at a place where a user goes out. <P>SOLUTION: This calorie-controlling dietary supplement has 10-40kcal of total calorie and comprises 0.1-25g of carbohydrate, 0.01-5g of protein, 0-4.4g of fat. It is preferable that ≥10 wt.% of the carbohydrate comprises slowly absorbed glucides such as paratinose or trehalose.
