<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intelligibly explain an operation method when actually using a camera to a user on a computer. <P>SOLUTION: An outside drawing of the camera 1 is screen-displayed on the computer, and respective marks 41-44 respectively showing various kinds of operation members and a display member of the camera 1 are displayed in the outside drawing. By displaying an arrow 40, instructions to click a power switch mark 41 among the respective marks is issued. When the service user clicks the power switch mark 41, instructions to click another mark is also issued.
