<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information carrier equipped with a semiconductor device having an RFID function selectively enabling reading and rewriting of information. <P>SOLUTION: A contactless type IC card 10 equipped with a rotary disk 15 and a support member 11 supporting the rotary disk 15 constitutes the semiconductor device having the RFID function which is provided with contacts (1st contact 22, ..., 8th contact 36) along the outer periphery of the rotary disk 15 at intervals; and antennas (1st antenna 21, ..., 8th antenna 35) differing in resonance frequency are connected to the respective contacts, the support member 11 is provided with an IC chip 12 and an IC-side contact 13 connected to the IC chip 12, and the rotary disk 15 is rotated to connects the IC-side contact 13 selectively to one of the contacts (1st contact 22, ..., 8th contact 36), so that the IC chip 12 and antennas (1st antenna 21, ..., 8th antenna 35) have the RFID function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
