<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a webbing takeup device capable of taking up a preset, prescribed amount of webbing belt certainly and accommodating as long as an eventually generated temporarily disabled condition for taking up is solved. <P>SOLUTION: The webbing takeup device 10 is structured so that a motor 100 is started driving when a signal from a buckle switch 136 is changed over from High level to Low level and the voltage Eb increases in accordance with the cumulated time from changing-over of the signal by a computing circuit 128. If in this condition, the output shaft 102 is stopped and lock current flows, or the current fed to the motor 100 is shut off owing to an increase of the lock current, the values of voltage E1 and Ed corresponding to the cumulated time of the fed lock current and the cumulated time of shutting-off of the current fed to the motor 100 are subtracted from the value of the voltage Eb, and the motor 100 is left working until the result from computation attains the prescribed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
