PRINTING INK COMPOSITION, COATING FILM, ITS FORMING METHOD, ELECTRONIC COMPONENT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink composition which, when a printing method is used as a method of forming fine patterns used in manufacturing electronic components, improves the uniformity of the coating film surface that forms the patterns and the accuracy and profile of the patterns.

SOLUTION: The printing ink composition contains: as component (a), a resin soluble in an organic solvent; as component (b), an organic solvent having a surface tension of≤30 mN/m at 20°C; and as component (c), an organic solvent having a vapor pressure of≤2.0 hPa at 20°C.
