PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition with excellent adhesion to a wet substrate. SOLUTION: The hydraulic composition comprises alumina cement, and, per 100 pts. mass alumina cement, 10 to 80 pts. mass (in terms of the solids content) synthetic resin emulsion, 0.1 to 15 pts. mass shrinkage reducer and 5 to 250 pts.wt. fine aggregate.
