<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid composition such as an engine oil, wherein thermal conductivity is increased and viscosity is decreased when used at a low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid composition provided by the present invention is mainly composed of a prescribed base oil and contains carbon nanoparticles and an organic solvent which enables dispersion of the carbon nanoparticles therein and is soluble to the base oil.
