<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a scratch printed matter which shows high practicability in that a concealing layer 6 formed on the upper layer of an easily releasable layer 5 of scratch printed matter at a low cost and in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, a before-printing printing layer 2 as the easily releasable layer 5 which not only prevents a colored ink 3a from penetrating into a primary coat (a) but also has an excellent releasability from the colored ink 3a, is formed by printing on the upper layer of an information layer 1 of the primary coat (a). Further, the colored ink 3a is printed into an inking layer on the upper layer of the before-printing printing layer 2. After that, an after-printing printing layer 4 of such a nature that it becomes a film to provide excellent air barrier properties when dried, is printed covering the colored ink 3a, then the colored ink 3a is rolled in the surface direction of the before-printing printing layer 2 by the after-printing printing layer 4 and the before-printing printing layer 2 and thereby, a colored ink layer 3 is formed as the concealing layer 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
