PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having excellent hand cutting properties, preventing tearing in the longitudinal direction and preventing shrinkage or deformation of a supporting substrate even when the supporting substrate is coated with a hot-melt type pressure-sensitive adhesive. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has an uneven part in the form extending in the vertical direction from the longitudinal direction thereof on one surface of the supporting substrate and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on at least one surface of the supporting substrate. Furthermore, the supporting substrate is formed from a block polypropylene-based resin composition containing a polypropylene-based block copolymer and a propylene-1-butene copolymer. In the block polypropylene-based resin composition, the ratio of the polypropylene-based block copolymer to the propylene-1-butene copolymer is preferably (95-60)/(5-40) (weight ratio) of the polypropylene-based block copolymer/the propylene-1-butene copolymer.
