PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange type ventilation device capable of miniaturizing a device body. SOLUTION: This device comprises a square sectional box body 1 mounted on a ceiling and having an opening part 1A at the lower surface; a heat exchange element 2 formed by alternately laminating a number of exhaust passages 22 and air supply passages 21 in the depth direction of the box body 1 so as to cross the exhaust passages 22 to the air supply passages 21 through a heat exchange plate to perform heat exchange between an air supply flow and an exhaust flow; an air supplying blower 5 communicating with an air supply flow inflow surface 2d of the heat exchange element 2; an exhausting blower 6 communicating with an exhaust flow outflow surface 2a of the heat exchange element 2; an outdoor-side air supply passage inlet formed on a box body side surface opposite to an indoor-side air supply passage outlet 3 on the upstream side of the blower 5; and an outdoor-side exhaust passage outlet 8 formed on a box body side surface opposite to an indoor-side exhaust passage inlet 4 on the downstream side of the blower 6. The inlet 7 and the outlet 8 are arranged adjacent to each other, and allowed to communicate with a double pipe 10 the internal part of which is divided to two passages. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
