PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress potential variation of a power supply line incident to variation in output level of an output driver circuit. SOLUTION: The output driver circuit comprises a power supply line a connected with an external power supply through packaging wiring, a line x for outputting a signal to the outside, an output transistor Q1 having a drain and a source connected, respectively, with the power supply line a and the output line x and having a gate being input with a signal through a switch 12, and a detector 13 for detecting potential variation of the power supply line a wherein switching of the switch 12 is controlled by the output from the detector 13.
