PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of preventing uncomfortable feeling from being given to a user by preventing a floor temperature to be lowered than the suitable floor temperature in defrosting operation. SOLUTION: This heating device is provided with a heating source side heat exchanger 22 and a using side heat exchanger 21, and a heat medium circuit 1 is constituted by connecting a pump 7 and a heating radiator 3 with a pipe. By driving the pump 7, the heat medium heated by the using side heat exchanger 21 is circulated and supplied into the heat medium circuit 1. A bypass passage 45 is provided in the heat medium circuit 1. When reverse-cycle defrosting operation is conducted so as to recover heat by the using side heat exchanger 21, the heat medium is made to flow into the bypass passage 45.
