<p>The method involves injecting fuel in exhaust gas by an auxiliary injector (6) located on an exhaust gas evacuation line (3) in upstream of a particle filter (8) made of catalytic oxidation material. The temperature of a lower wall (35) of the line is regulated to a recommended set value of evaporation of fuel injected by the injector by controlling delayed injection of fuel in a combustion chamber (30) of an internal combustion engine (1) using evacuation line sections (31, 32). The temperature is determined by a temperature sensor (13) located on the wall between the injector and the filter. An independent claim is also included for a device for controlling the regeneration of a particle filter and an oxidation catalyst placed on an exhaust gas evacuation line of an internal combustion engine.</p> |
