PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain air conditioning equipment and plumbing equipment in a building capable of simply moving a room and all partitively formed in accordance with a use to a required position in a habitable room by a resident oneself, simply changing the layout of a dwelling unit within a short period of time and greatly reducing costs of reforming work. SOLUTION: The air conditioning equipment and the plumbing equipment in the building consisting of a finished floor placed on the upper surface side of a concrete floor in the building through a finished floor supporting material, a feed-pipe placed in the building. a drain pipe and an exhaust duct is constituted by having a movable equipment unit consisting of a movable floor enabling the finished floor to move thereon and a sanitary apparatus placed on the movable floor.
