PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house having a storage space superior in easiness-to-use for both of dwelling units in the upper and lower stories, while reducing the height of a building. SOLUTION: A lower story intermediate floor 3 is arranged in an upper part of a lower story regular floor 2 in the dwelling unit 1 of the lower story. A space between this lower story intermediate floor 3 and the lower story regular floor 2 is formed as a storage space 4 for the lower story. An upper story intermediate floor 23 is arranged in an upper part of an upper story regular floor 22 in the dwelling unit 21 of the upper story 21. A lower part of the upper story intermediate floor 23 is formed as a storage space 24 for the upper story arranged between this upper story intermediate floor 23 and the upper story regular floor 22 and a through space 15 arranged between the upper story intermediate floor 23 and the lower story intermediate floor 3 and penetrating through the upper story regular floor 22.
