PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-cold water mixing faucet having a water level detector usable in a bathtub. SOLUTION: This hot-cold water mixing faucet 1 supplies water to a casing D such as the bathtub. A post-installation type hot-cold water mixing faucet body 4 has the water level detector 3 for sending out an output signal when becoming a preset water level S by detecting a water level in the casing D, and a solenoid valve arranged in the middle of a water supply passage (a) for supplying water in the casing D and performing opening-closing operation by the output signal from the water level detector 3; and is juxtaposed so that use can be replaced with an existing hot-cold water mixing faucet body 2.
