PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide useful for peptide immunotherapy against spring tree pollinosis including Japan cedar pollinosis having cross-reactivity with white cedar pollen, and diagnosis of the spring tree pollinosis. SOLUTION: A T-cell epitope peptide on a white ceder pollen allergen molecule is identified by stimulating a T-cell line established from a patient of the white ceder pollinosis with an overlap peptide covering the primary structure of the white ceder pollen allergen.
