PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion having good blocking resistance and heat-sealing property especially to a polyolefin material. SOLUTION: The aqueous dispersion contains (A) 100 pts. mass of a polyolefin resin, (B) 5-90 pts. mass of a natural wax, and an aqueous medium. The polyolefin resin A is a copolymer composed of (A1) an unsaturated carboxylic acid unit, (A2) an ethylenic hydrocarbon and (A3) an acrylic acid ester or a methacrylic acid ester and the mass ratios of the components (A1) to (A3) satisfy the formulas (A1)/ä(A1)+(A2)+(A3)}=0.01/100 to 5/100 and (A2)/(A3)=55/45 to 95/5.
