PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pyrazine derivative having a treating effect of nephritis. SOLUTION: This pyrazine derivative expressed by formula (I) [wherein, (n) is an integer of 0-2; R1is H or a 1-3C straight chain alkyl; A is a specific heterocyclic ring group; and E is a direct bond or NH, when the E is NH, D is thiazolyl or phenyl which may be substituted with a specific substituent and when the E is a direct bond, the D is a specific aromatic group] or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts and a medicine containing these compounds as active ingredients, especially nephritis-treating agent are provided.
