PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like cosmetic comprising powder present near the surface of a sheet-like substrate, efficiently making the powder migrate to the skin after wiping, affording a comfortable feeling of use and suppressing white residues with the powder. SOLUTION: The sheet-like cosmetic is obtained by supporting a liquid composition comprising the powder, an unsaturated fatty acid, an antioxidant and an aqueous medium on the sheet-like substrate.
