FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present deals with compositions, kits and their usage for manufacturing medicinal preparations for treating immuno-inflammatory disorders out of the group consisting of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, ulcerous colitis, Crohn's disease, ankylosing spondylitis, multiple sclerosis (MS), type I diabetes, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome, fibromyalgia and insult-induced lethality of cerebral cells and, also, for suppressing the production of one or more pro-inflammatory cytokines. The compositions suggested contain the combination of two active ingredients: (i) dipyridamol and (ii) corticosteroid.
