A micro channel array, comprising a first substrate (1) and a second substrate (11) joined to the first substrate (1). The first substrate (1) comprises two sets formed of one set having a first through hole (9), a first recess (7), and first grooves (8) and the other set having a second through hole (4), a second recess (2), and second grooves (3). The different types of sets are separated from each other through a partition (5). By using the micro channel array, the differentiation and proliferation speeds of cells after micro injection operation can be increased.
