EXCHANGE SYSTEM FOR LISTS OF MUSICAL PIECE, VIDEO CONTENT, ELECTRONIC BOOK, AND WEB CONTENT, AND SERVER AND TERMINAL DEVICE USED THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to obtain lists that other persons generate by making it possible to freely exchange play lists of musical pieces and video, a book name list of electronic books, and WEB contents through a communication network.

SOLUTION: When play lists are exchanged, a server that a provider prepares and a plurality of terminal devices that users prepare are connected through the communication network. The server is provided with a database which stores play lists that the users and provider generated and content data of musical pieces and video contents included therein. Each terminal device is also provided with a database which stores a play list and content data. A search keyword is sent and received between terminal devices or between a terminal device and the server to search the play list in the database of an opposite side and the searched play list and content data included therein are received and added to the data of the recipient.
