摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information analysis system capable of analyzing a customer's taste in detail based on a customer's behavioral history, and achieving an effective advertisement distribution by obtaining information on a product that a customer has taken an interest in from the customer's behavioral history irrespective of whether or not the customer has actually bought the product. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises: a customer identification ID transmitting means which is carried by a customer to hold his/her customer identification ID for personal identification, and transmits it; an ID receiving means disposed in the neighborhood of a product which receives the customer identification ID transmitted from the customer identification ID transmitting means, and transmits it to a network together with an individual recognition ID for individual recognition; a behavioral history accumulating means connected to the network which receives the customer identification ID and the individual recognition ID, associates them with the information on the time related to the IDs, and stores and accumulates them as the customer's behavioral history; and a taste information extracting means which extracts a product liked by the customer based on the behavioral history stored in the behavioral history accumulating means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
